Talladega and roof flaps

Roof flaps are needed, designed to keep cars from lifting off pavement (what happened to #99 Carl Edwards?). Bump drafting is needed since carburetors have restriction plates that choke airflow to the engine and thus reduces horspower. Drivers must run at same speed in large packs.
