Child Support in ND

Hits over $1 billion each year, by Child Support Disbursement Unit, receives and distributes, its a part of Dept of Human Services. Took over child support collection from counties in Nov 1998. Collects and sends out over $10 million each month, says Director Mike Schwindt. $280 million owed by 33,000 parents, interest is 7% and interest causes $250,000 a month. Go to court, write the director, ask for attorney to be appointed, file compliants against judge, social workers, director, etc.
